Introduction:

QuiSec & DIL has now ventured into Saudi Arabia bringing fresh innovation in line with The Kingdom’s 2030 Vision within areas of educational development, through our Project Pinnacle and Project Keyworks.

We believe that the Kingdom’s Vision 2030’s aims and objectives areas are very crucial to its overall development and infrastructure. This means that there is certainly a need for a diversity of knowledge and skills; requiring expert, effective and efficient strategies to meet the needs of the Kingdom’s dream.

Our Poignant Research Findings:

‘Considering that unemployment is estimated at 29% among Saudis under the age of 30, job creation should be a major priority of economic reform. With a quickly rising youth population, there is little time to waste: around two thirds of the current population of 29m is under 30, and 1.9m Saudis are set to enter the workforce over the next decade.’

‘…the percentage of women in the workforce from 22% to 30% by 2030.’

‘Significantly, the vision acknowledges the need to create jobs in new sectors, such as military …and information technology …. Such sectors are so specialised, however, that training would be needed to prepare Saudis for jobs within them.’
