  1. Questionnaires (e.g. Open-ended, Closed-ended or Multiple Choice).
  2. Activity Observation.
  3. Peer-to-peer evaluation (amongst users/clients).

All within the following frequencies:

Initial Evaluation ——–> Interim Evaluation ——–> Summative Evaluation
